Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ScaleX Marketing ("ScaleX", "we") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
ScaleX Marketing is a performance marketing agency established in 2025. For any question about this policy or your data, contact itamar@scalexmarketing.ai.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the audit request form we collect your name, business email address, website URL, business category and monthly ad spend range.
- Advertising attribution data. If you arrive from an advertisement we record the campaign parameters attached to that visit, including UTM values and click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, wbraid and gbraid, along with the page you landed on and the referring address. This is held in your browser session and attached to your enquiry so we know which advertisement produced it.
- Analytics and advertising measurement. Where analytics and advertising tags are active on this site they may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and conversions.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit to prepare and deliver the audit you requested and to reply to your enquiry. We use attribution and analytics data to measure which advertising works and to improve this site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, for example email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics and advertising platforms, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete or anonymise them once that purpose has ended.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to itamar@scalexmarketing.ai and we will respond. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
Advertising platforms
This site may use advertising and measurement services provided by Google and Meta. Those companies handle data under their own policies, which govern their processing independently of this one.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from it will be heard in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date shown above.
